8 days, countless impressions, and a whole lot of passion. We swapped our desks for a camper van to meet our volunteers right where they feel at home.
Instead of anonymous office-based software, we believe in real interaction directly on the pitch.

Be part of over 15,000 clubs

Our first roadshow stop was with the Scheffau Sports Shooters. This club is about more than just training and competition. It brings together sport, precision, and genuine community—organized by a young board of directors who are deeply committed to the club.
On the second day, we continued on to the Musikkapelle Kematen in Tyrol. The club has been making great music for nearly 200 years – that is true tradition. We met with the board to discuss organization, communication, and day-to-day club operations. They have been using Vereinsplaner for several years now.

Day three took us to Germany's southernmost hockey club – the Hockey-Club Konstanz. They play right on the shores of Lake Constance on a water-based synthetic turf pitch. The club is home to both strong women's and men's teams.
We will give you an insight behind the scenes of clubs and how you can use the Vereinsplaner effectively.
The 4th association on our roadshow was the Studierendenphilharmonie Freiburg. Around 50 members who play together in the orchestra and live out their sense of community. An association where organization is important – but the community is at the heart of it all.

From Freiburg, we continued on to Augsburg to visit DJK Augsburg. In addition to a tour of the entire facility, we were able to take part in a "trial training session." An incredibly dedicated football club and definitely one of the most action-packed stops on our roadshow!
Behind the scenes with the Vereinsplaner team: A full dose of club life, uncut insights, and all the detailed interaction scenes from our stops.

The next club took us back a few centuries in time. Since the early 2000s, the Schwert und Mieder association has been bridging the gap between the Middle Ages and live-action roleplay. They are currently building their own clubhouse, complete with a tavern, a rustic dormitory, and a medieval-style garden.
Our next stop was just a few minutes' drive away – specifically at the Königsbrunn Horticultural and Landscape Conservation Association. What really impressed us here was just how diverse club life can be.

To wrap up our roadshow, we visited the Passau Motorsport Club – a hub for classic car enthusiasts and racing fans alike. Regular outings, rallies, and meetups with other classic car clubs are a staple of their club life.
