What happens with outdated member data?

The software automatically recognizes outdated master data and allows you to synchronize it with current data.

How does importing member lists work?

Send us your completed member list via Excel and we will import your members into the Vereinsplaner free of charge. This saves you a lot of time when transferring your data.

Can I export member data for clubs?

Yes - All data can be individually selected and exported as CSV and Excel. This gives you full control over your data.

How does club planner ensure GDPR-compliant access?

A detailed system of roles and rights controls exactly who can access which member data. In this way, sensitive information remains protected and only authorized persons in your club see what is really necessary for their task.

Can I create my own fields in the member administration?
