Naturfreunde Enns

We are a grassroots sports club founded in 1920. Our goal is to make climbing, hiking, mountaineering, road cycling/MTB, ski touring, and snowshoeing as simple and affordable as possible for our members.

We see one of our greatest successes in our large membership of over 900 people, which is, of course, thanks to our dedicated officials. We are also very happy about the joint construction of the climbing wall in Enns, realized together with the City of Enns and the Alpenverein Enns. From a sporting perspective, we are pleased with the consistently high participation numbers at our events and our involvement in various competitions, such as cycling marathons and youth climbing contests.

We are particularly proud of all our guides and representatives who donate so much of their time to keep the club running on a voluntary basis from January to December. Whether it's through joint sporting activities or events held in collaboration with other clubs in Enns, we work together!

As a sports club, digitalization is very important to us because it enables easier communication, faster and simpler information exchange, and reduced administrative effort. By using digital technologies, we can, for example, inform our members quickly and efficiently about training times, competitions, or other activities. This allows for better organization and planning within the club.

Digitalization allows us to reduce administrative overhead by managing member data and financial information digitally. This saves us time and resources that we can better invest in organizing sports events or supporting our members.
