Theater Rampenlicht

Our theater club has set itself the goal of performing plays to enrich the cultural offerings in the community. We want to provide theater enthusiasts with a varied program.

Another important aspect of the club is promoting the performing arts among children and young people. Through targeted support, we aim to foster young talent and give them the opportunity to express their creative skills on stage. In doing so, the theater club not only wants to strengthen cultural life in the community but also contribute to the personal development and growth of young people.

We consider every one of our cross-club events a success. Membership growth and the exchange with other cultural associations are particularly important to us. Our social commitment, as well as our work with children and young people, are also highly valued and define who we are.

As a theater club, we are happy to host up to two theater productions each year. We are particularly proud of our youth work, which we have been running since 2013, as it means we have an active children's and youth group in the club.

A central challenge is the planning and organization of productions, especially when we have limited resources and volunteers available. We organize one to two theater productions annually, which naturally require many helping hands. We are very pleased that we were able to maintain our membership numbers despite the near-standstill caused by the pandemic.

Digitalization simplifies our communication with members and the organization of theater visits. We can also better manage and plan various other meetings through modern channels.

Vereinsplaner is particularly helpful here because it is so easy to use. The application's clear layout and its focus on theater make it much easier for us to coordinate our active club life.
